Ambassador Application Commitment and Agreement Form

I would like to serve as a Chamber Ambassador to help represent the Greater Bluffton Chamber and participate and assist in chamber events; ribbon cuttings, networking, grand openings, etc. I would like to serve as an Ambassador of Industry to represent my field and assist other members within the selected industry. This will include updating members on issues that apply to the selected industry. Conducting focus groups, surveys, meetings, etc. to address issues and concerns. I understand the mission and purpose of the Ambassador Program and agree to devote the time necessary to accomplish the goals of the program. I understand that my responsibilities will include: • Serve as an Ambassador for a period of at least one year; • Provide active participation in a minimum of two Chamber events per month; • Report service hours promptly to the Ambassador President; • Attend Ambassador meetings whenever possible (If unable to attend, to review the contents of the educational session prior to the following Saturday); • Attend Chamber events whenever possible; • Carry out the responsibilities of an Ambassador; • Represent my industry field with integrity, and support other members within the same industry; • I further understand that if my schedule does not allow me to fully support my duties as an Ambassador, I will resign in writing until I am able to fully participate. I understand that my photo may be used in promotional information and on the Chamber website. I have the permission and support of my employer to participate in the Ambassador Program.
